Job Description: Vice President (IT and Systems)
Responsibilities:

Experience Required:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role in IT and systems management, preferably as a Vice President or Director.

Strong background in IT strategy development, infrastructure management, and systems implementation.

Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT architectures, networks, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. 
- 
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.

Experience in managing IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project delivery.

In-depth understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
