Job Description: Vice President (Operations)
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including production, supply chain, logistics, quality control, and facilities management. 
- 
Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment of operational activities with organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the areas of operations, health and safety, and environmental sustainability.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks.

Monitor and analyze operational data and trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that support overall business objectives.

Experience Required:
- 
Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Operations. 
- 
Strong background in operations management, with a focus on process optimization, supply chain management, and quality control. 
- 
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives. 
- 
Experience in managing and leading teams, with strong leadership and people management skills. 
- 
Solid understanding of operational metrics, performance indicators, and financial principles. 
- 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements. 
- 
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.

Experience in risk management and implementing strategies to mitigate operational risks.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
