BhoomiSeva operates as a scientifically governed, traceable Soil-to-Consumer ecosystem under the framework of Harit Kranti 2.0 – Healthy Soil, Healthy People.

We strive to ensure quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction across our integrated agricultural value chain. This policy defines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested and processed.

PART A: RETURN POLICY


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

2.1 Product Defect or Damage

If the product is:

Physically damaged during transit

Defective due to manufacturing issue

Delivered with broken seal or leakage

2.2 Incorrect Product Delivered

If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order.

2.3 Service Non-Delivery

If a paid service was not delivered as described.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:

Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Product must be unused

Original packaging must be intact

Batch code / traceability label must be visible (if applicable)

Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) must be provided

Photographic evidence may be required for damaged items

BhoomiSeva reserves the right to verify and approve claims before processing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Opened or partially consumed food products

Improperly stored products after delivery

Digital products once downloaded or accessed

Customized or tailored services

Promotional or discounted sale items (unless defective)

Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to agricultural and food-grade products, opened items cannot be reprocessed or resold.

PART B: REFUND POLICY


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Approved product defect or transit damage

Service non-delivery

Order cancellation before processing or shipment

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund may be issued.

6. Refund Request Procedure

Include:

Order ID

Product / Service Name

Detailed explanation

Photos (if applicable)

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery or service date.

BhoomiSeva reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.

 

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Refund approval notification will be sent after verification.

Once approved, refund will be initiated within 2 weeks.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

The product was damaged during transit, or

An incorrect product was delivered.

 

9. Natural Variation Clause

BhoomiSeva products originate from scientifically monitored agricultural networks. Natural variations in color, size, taste, or texture may occur due to seasonal and agricultural factors. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Refunds, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product or service. BhoomiSeva shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Policy Updates
