Onboarding process – Step-by-Step Onboarding Process 

Step 1: Data submitted by VLE to BhoomiSeva 

Step 2: Purchase of BhoomiSeva Kendra Package (Own Funds / Bank Loan under CMEGP / PMEGP / other schemes) 

Step 3: Enrolment initiated from BhoomiSeva with dedicated VLE Email ID 
(e.g., BS-HCF-Jan-25-000001@bhoomiseva.com) 

Step 4: Application acknowledgment email issued by HiMedia to the respective VLE 

Step 5: Verification by Bhu-Vision HiMedia Laboratories, ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements 

Step 6: Machine ID Allocation by Bhu-Vision HiMedia Laboratories 

Step 7: Activation of Device using allocated Machine ID ensuring integration with the Soil Health Card portal 

Step 8: Registration on Soil Health Card Portal (Government of India) completed by HiMedia as Authorizer using SHC credentials, enabling soil test uploads on the portal
